Mental Health and Escaping Violence Help Over Christmas

Updated: Jan 25, 2022

Hi Everyone!

This post is a little bit more serious than everything else we have posted. Christmas for most is a beautiful time spent with family, most people get quite a bit of time off work and are all in the house together. But the reality is that this isn't good news for all. There are those going through a bad mental health period, or experiencing domestic violence.

We have previously uploaded information on Manchester Mind and Samaritans. All of that information is available for you on this website. If you use the search bar it should come up easily for you.

For women that are experiencing domestic violence, a help service to use would be women's aid.

For men that are experiencing domestic violence, a help service to use would be men's aid.

Of course we hope that nobody has to use this information, but the reality is that a lot of people go through this at Christmas.

We hope you all have a great time over the holidays, stay safe!

All our love and admiration,

Parent 2 Parent,

Vicky, Dave and Sophie.
